For ten years, she has been working in an international environment conducting global business projects and being responsible for relationships with geographically dispersed corporate clients in the banking and advisory sector. Her passion is multiculturalism, which she experiences personally as an Italian wife and mother of two bilingual children.

She graduated in Psychology at the University of Warsaw, English Philology at the SWPS University and Management at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). She defended her PhD thesis on leadership in virtual teams at SGH. He is a coach and coach (Erickson Coaching International school in Krakow).

Tax advisor, head of the direct tax department

He gained his over 13 years of professional experience in renowned tax consultancy firms (Institute of Tax Studies Modzelewski & Partners, Kancelaria Ożóg Tomczykowski), providing tax advisory services to entities from various fields of the economy, including the energy, transport, railway and construction sectors. He advises corporate clients, in particular in the field of direct taxation and transfer pricing. He also acts as a representative in tax matters both in proceedings before tax authorities, as well as before administrative courts. He participated in many tax reviews and due diligence projects. He conducts trainings in the field of income taxes and tax regulations. He has participated in legislative works on numerous occasions as a co-author of draft legal acts, he also issued opinions in this regard.

In his spare time Paweł discovers music by learning to play the piano. He is passionate about cooking; he loves to spend time cooking for his loved ones and discovering new flavours.

Legal advisor, tax advisor, director of indirect taxes

In his thirteen-year career, he advised, among others, entities from the construction, energy, fuel, automotive, alcohol and financial services sectors. It provides consultancy services in the scope of limiting tax burdens related to both activities of strategic importance and current operations of enterprises. He is a representative in tax proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts, and performs tax audits.

He has many years of experience in cross-border trade, international law, commercial law and company law.

Legal counsel, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Adama Mickiewicza in Poznan and the Faculty of Law, Europa Universität Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), where he obtained the title of Bachelor of German and Polish Law (LL.B.), and then the Master of German and Polish Law (LL.M.).

From January 2014, he has been entered on the list of Teramo lawyers (Italy), and from April 2014 – on the list of foreign lawyers of the District Administrative Court in Warsaw. He worked at the Licursi Associated Law Firm based in Teramo, Italy. He advises on court and out-of-court cases for companies that operate or intend to operate abroad. In addition, it supports clients in matters of contracts, debt collection, development and management of commercial networks, franchises, and distribution agreements. Currently, he teaches Italian law at the Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Studies in Translators at the Institute of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw.
