The confidentiality of data and the protection of the privacy of personal data is a matter of priority.

Out of concern for the security of your data and respecting the applicable law, the Tax Advisors and Tax Advisors’ Office of Ferretti Bębenek and Partners (hereinafter “Kancelaria”) established a policy defining the rules for the collection, processing and use of personal data.

The Privacy Policy informs you how we deal with the data of our clients and contractors (“Your data”), such as your name and contact information. In this Privacy Policy, we also exchange procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data.

Based on the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on protection data, hereinafter: “RODO”) and Polish legislation on the protection of personal data, we inform you that we process your personal data.   3. Personal data that we process
    “Personal information” is information that directly or indirectly can refer to a natural person, such as name, image, personal identification number, contact details, contest entries, choices made, behaviour or IP address. to any actions that we or the third party we have engaged in, we take regarding personal data, such as collection, registration and storage.
    We will process the following categories of your data (depending on the purpose of the processing):

    • first name Last Name,
    • contact details (phone number, e-mail address), including people indicated for contact,
    • address,
    • number and series of ID card,
    • PESEL – if required to perform actions,
    • business information, including NIP, REGON and other data generally available, in particular in CEIDG and KRS,
    • data provided for the provision of legal assistance in a specific case,
    • other data contained in the file.
  4. Objectives and basics of processing
    Personal data may be processed only for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
    We process personal data in the Office for the following purposes:

    • the performance, termination or otherwise expiry of the concluded contract,
    • providing information and services related to such a contract,
    • for purposes of offering training and services, as well as follow-up activities – with your consent,
    • sales and development of products to improve our products and services with your consent,
    • offer directly the services of our partners – with your permission,If you do not wish to receive information and / or offers, please contact us via the contact details listed in the Contact information section below.
      Your personal data may also be used:
    • for analytical purposes, i.e. in order to select services to the needs of our clients; optimization of our products;
    • for archival purposes (evidence) to secure information in case it is necessary to prove facts, which is our legitimate interest,
    • for possible investigation, investigation or defences against claims, which is our legitimate interest,
    • to test customer satisfaction and determine the quality of our service, which is our legitimate interest,
    • personal data collected during the visit to our website are also processed for statistical purposes, e.g. the frequency of visits to our website. However, such data is only processed in an aggregated or other form that cannot identify you as a natural person,

  5. Recipients of data
    Personal data may be disclosed by the Administrator to entities cooperating with it to achieve the objectives set out in section IV and only to the extent necessary to implement it, and on the basis of contracts for entrusting data processing to implement the abovementioned purposes.
    In connection with the processing of data for the purposes given, personal data may be transferred or entrusted to the following entities providing outsourcing services for the Administrator, i.e. .:

    • carriers, forwarders, courier brokers,
    • entities servicing electronic payments,entities providing accounting and legal services for the Administrator,
    • entities providing IT services and maintaining the IT infrastructure of the Administrator,
    • entities affiliated with the Administrator at home and abroad,
    • public authorities, on the basis of statutory requirements,

      We do not currently forward your data outside of the territory of Poland / EU / European Economic Area. In the event of any change, we will inform you accordingly.
  6. The period of data storage
    We store your data in the manner necessary to provide related services
    with the execution of contracts and processing of claims, depending also on whether you or your company or organization are a current client or contractor.
    In particular:

    • Your data obtained in order to conclude a contract shall be kept for the period of negotiating the contract and by the end of the calendar year following the year in which you last contacted us regarding its conclusion.
    • Your data obtained in connection with the conclusion of the contract is processed until the end of the period of limitation of potential claims under the contract.
    • Your information necessary to perform legal, accounting or regulatory duties for the period necessary to fulfil these obligations by the Administrator, i.e. 5 years from the beginning of the year following the financial year in which operations, transactions and proceedings were finally completed, paid off, settled or barred.

    You have the following rights:

    • the right to access your data and receive a copy of it, i.e. obtain a copy of the personal data in our possession,
    • the right to rectify (amend) their data,
    • the right to delete data,
    • limitations on data processing, e.g. only for storing or performing activities agreed upon with you,
    • the right to object to the processing of data in order to conduct direct marketing, at any time (if any),
    • the right to object to the processing of your data on a legitimate interest basis for purposes other than direct marketing. We will cease processing your data for these purposes, unless we demonstrate that the basis for processing your data is superior to your rights or that your data is necessary to us to determine, assert or defend claims,
