Tax carousels

We represent taxpayers in inspections and proceedings concerning participation in activities aimed at obtaining refunds of VAT. Representation shall include in particular kompleksowe przygotowanie strategii w zakresie konkretnego postępowania;

• the preparation of pleadings;
• participating in hearings and other evidence-gathering activities;
• conducting talks with the tax authorities;
• representing the taxpayer before the administrative courts.
